2. Scope of Services

Million Dollar Ads provides professional creative video production and advertising services, including but not limited to:

• Brand & Product Videos

• Social Media Advertisements

• UGC-style Content

• Event or Launch Videos

• Creative Concept Development

• Video Editing and Post-Production

All services are customized and defined individually per project agreement.

3. Project Agreement

A project is considered confirmed once:

• The scope, pricing, and timeline are agreed upon in writing (email is sufficient), and

• Full payment has been received.

Production will begin only after payment confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All services are invoiced via official invoice (Rechnung / Honorarnote).

Payment structure:

• 100% payment is required upfront before production begins.

• Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.

• Final delivery is included once payment is confirmed.

Payments must be completed within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in cancellation of the project.

5. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Two (2) revision rounds are included.

• Additional revisions will be billed separately.

Major changes to the original approved concept may require a new quote.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of the final delivered content transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Until full payment is made, all content remains the property of Million Dollar Ads.

Million Dollar Ads reserves the right to use completed projects for:

• Portfolio presentation

• Website display

• Social media marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and necessary materials

• Ensure they hold rights to all submitted content

• Provide feedback in a timely manner

Million Dollar Ads is not liable for copyright violations resulting from materials supplied by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Million Dollar Ads provides creative production services only.

We do not guarantee:

• Advertising performance

• Sales results

• Platform algorithm performance

• ROI or engagement levels

Liability is limited to the value of the agreed project fee.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
